We had a totally positive experience. Other plumbers I called prior to them were not available to come out for 5 or 6 days. I called their office around 5 p.m. on Wednesday and they arrived on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. to rectify our problem. I would add another endorsement for Warfield Plumbing. He got a new water heater in less than 24hrs after ours failed. He arrived when he said, his work was meticulous, he cleaned up, and his price was good. Don't normally recommend contractors, but Eli Warfield was excellent.
