Decker Plumbing and Drain solved a backup problem we were having in our master shower & toilet. We were extremely pleased with their service from the initial phone call to job completion. They are very professional, punctual, thorough, conscientious, provide quality work at reasonable rates and provide outstanding customer service. They sent a text message and email confirming the appointment, notified us when they were enroute with estimated time of arrival. Dave and Brian were awesome
We had a totally positive experience. Other plumbers I called prior to them were not available to come out for 5 or 6 days. I called their office around 5 p.m. on Wednesday and they arrived on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. to rectify our problem. I would add another endorsement for Warfield Plumbing. He got a new water heater in less than 24hrs after ours failed. He arrived when he said, his work was meticulous, he cleaned up, and his price was good. Don't normally recommend contractors, but Eli Warfield was excellent.
