BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS: Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month. If a holiday or holiday weekend falls on a fourth Monday of any month an alternate date will be posted on the VCA website.

SIGNS: Pursuant to the Association's Declaration of Condominium and Rules and Regulations, signs (including For Sale, For Rent and Open House signs) are not permitted anywhere within Casa Di Amici.

NOTIFICATION OF ALTERNATE ADDRESS DURING LONG ABSENCES: It is important that you notify Sunstate Association Management Group, Inc. at (941) 870-4920 prior to dates of lengthy absences and again upon return, so that you may be contacted if necessary and also to receive Association mail.

REQUIRED MAINTENANCE: If maintenance of Common Elements is required, please contact Sunstate Association Management Group, Inc. at (941) 870-4920 or submit a Work Order Request form from the Forms page. The property manager for CDA is Michelle Thibeault.
