Security System.
Sarasota County has mandated all systems
be registered and a required decal be displayed.

Homes without systems may also be registered.
If your lawn is in need
of repair or replacement the acceptable
sod is Floratam.
Other varieties of St. Augustine are not the same. Seeding
with other grasses can be destructive to yours and
neighboring lawns. Over watering is a major cause of
damage and disease. See the

Products that have worked for many owners are RustOff
Outdoor Cleaner made by Goof Off, available at Home Depot or
Lowe's. Another is Snowcap Well Water Rust Remover available at
Babe's Hardware. Professional help is most often the way to go.
Overnight
Street Parking. Please remember that
overnight street parking is not permitted in the community.
If you are redoing a driveway contact a member of the Board.
Trailers, RVs, Boats, etc. may not be parked in driveways except
in accordance with the Covenants.
Contractor
Hours and Signs. Please inform your
contractors that all exterior work must end at 5:00 pm
and all contractor vehicles must leave the community by 5:30
pm. Contractor
signs may only be displayed during
permitted work hours while contractor is present. Signs in
violation will be removed.
Choosing a Contractor.
The Sheriff's Department strongly recommends that you use
only licensed contractors. There are many scams that take
place in the area. You can easily check the validity of a
license by clicking
here.

on there to report a problem or possible scam.
Garbage &
Waste Pick-Up Schedule 2024.
Normal pick-up is Friday, garbage and yard
waste should not be placed for pick-up until 5PM the evening
before. This is a Florida Health Code law as well as
included in our documents. Pails should placed out of sight as
soon as possible after pick-up.
When a listed Holiday falls on a weekday, pick-up will be
delayed by one day.
If a Holiday falls on a weekend there will be no delay. Observed
Holidays are,
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
